These Terms govern your use of E-Tali-Khata (the “App”), a digital ledger app for small businesses. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
E-Tali-Khata lets you record businesses, customers, suppliers, transactions, bills and cashbook entries, and optionally back up your data to your own Google Drive. Features may change or improve over time.
drive.file permission, and remain under your control. You are responsible for maintaining access to your own Google account.You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, access other users’ data, or use it for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
Google Sign-In and Google Drive backup are provided in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect Google Drive at any time.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. While we work to keep your data safe, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Please keep your own backups where important.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, E-Tali-Khata and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data arising from your use of the App or from third-party services such as Google Drive.
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
